My Therapeutic Approach
I believe in the importance of creating a space were you can process the challenges in your life. Whatever has you feeling at loss, counseling is an important piece of moving forward. We will work together to identify the burdens you are confronted with, and explore what it takes to change/accept your journey. We will use OUR curiosity to create awareness, challenge negative thoughts, find self worth, minimize stress, and discover how to attain meaning and motivation in your life.
